Helping Ukrainian Refugees with safe passage across the border
Established in 2017 Fundacja Zmieniamy Życie located in the heart of Lublin, is a charitable foundation dedicated to helping those in need.
With the dedication of our volunteers and partners, we strive to improve the lives of everyone who needs help within the community.
The Help Us Help Them Out campaign is to support those in need, in Ukraine.
While there is still much to be done, there’s no doubt that we are making a significant impact.

What We Do
Breaking Barriers, Opening Doors
Safe travel for Ukrainians over the border
Safe passage to a safe place
Refugees in the thousands are living on the border in the freezing cold, waiting to be picked up. There is not enough transport, supplies are fast running out and they don’t have the resources or money to get to Poland and find somewhere to live.
While we work on a longer-term plan for their future, funds raised here will go towards running buses to the border and Lviv, to collect refugees and bring them to our temporary housing in Lublin.
Provide supplies
Food, Clothing, Medicine
One of our main causes here at the Foundation is the provision of supplies both at the border and also to incoming families at our base.
With your generous donations and volunteering efforts, you have the capacity to help us in our endeavour of securing supplies and delivering these, to those in need.

Temporary Housing
A shelter before their onward journey
When we bring refugees over the border, we bring them back to our temporary housing base in Lublin where they will be provided with food, shelter and clothing, while we work on a longer-term plan for their future.
Working with other NGOs, individuals and platforms, we try to find more permanent housing - and facilitate their onward journey.
